Stay on the task you planned.

Lukas AI checks whether you're actually doing what your calendar says, and nudges you back the moment you drift. Its AI runs on your laptop, so what you do never leaves it.

Works with Google Calendar, or on its own. No account needed.

Lukas AI's Today page: the current task with a time-left ring and on-task status, today's focus numbers, and the day's calendar

Plan it. Do it. Get nudged if you don't.

Calendars tell you what to do. Lukas AI notices whether you're doing it.

1

Put your day on the calendar

Drag across empty time to add a task, or use the calendar you already have in Google. Classes, gym and lunch stay as they are.

2

It checks in quietly

While a task is on, it looks at which window you're in every few minutes. When the window name isn't enough, a small AI on your laptop looks at the screen.

3

A nudge when you drift

Slipped onto YouTube? A notification asks what's up: back to it, take a break and continue later, end the task, or “I was on task”.

A nudge, not a lecture.

It doesn't block websites or lock you out. It just notices, and gives you one honest moment to choose.

  • Back to it: one click, the time you drifted still counts as off task.
  • Take a break: the task ends now and the time that was left moves to after your break.
  • I was on task: it learns that page, so it doesn't ask again.
  • Quiet during calls, and never more than a couple of nudges per task.

Everything for a focused day

Simple enough to set up in two minutes, honest enough to actually change how you work.

Drag-and-drop calendar

Day and week views. Drag to add a task, move it, resize it, or right-click to add a break or cut a task short.

Knows if you're on task

Window names first, then a local AI that looks at the screen. It learns your pages, so it gets faster and more accurate.

Done or not done

Mark each block done or not done, right on the calendar. Your Google Calendar turns green or red to match.

Insights that help

Focused time, focus rate, your best hours and your biggest distractions, with one practical tip a week.

Gym and lunch don't count

Switch any task to “not tracked”: no screenshots, not counted as work, and it only checks that you actually stepped away.

Lives quietly in the tray

Starts with Windows, shows a coloured dot while it's watching, and pauses with one click whenever you want.

The Plan page: a week calendar with tasks and events you can drag around

Your week, in one place.

See everything at a glance: your classes and meetings next to the tasks you've set yourself. Drag across empty time to add a task, drag a block to move it.

  • Works with Google Calendar (on your phone too), or its own built-in calendar.
  • Every task keeps track of the time you've really spent on it.
  • See how long things actually take next to how long you thought.

Private by design

An app that watches your screen has to earn your trust. Here's exactly how Lukas AI does.

AI on your laptopThe AI runs on your own computer. Nothing you do is sent to a server.
Screenshots never savedA screenshot is kept in memory for a moment, described, then thrown away.
Your data stays localHistory and settings live on your laptop only. Turn off saving window titles any time.
Only when you sayIt only watches during your calendar tasks, after you agree, and never while paused.

Insights shows your focused time, your focus rate and your best hours of the day, then turns them into one simple suggestion: where to put your hardest work, and which distraction costs you the most.

Questions

Does it record my screen?

No. It only looks while a task from your calendar is going on, and only when the window name isn't enough to tell. The screenshot stays in memory for a few seconds while the AI on your laptop describes it, then it's gone. Nothing is recorded or uploaded.

Do I need a Google account?

No. You can connect Google Calendar (so your plan is on your phone too), or use Lukas AI's own calendar without any account.

Will it slow my laptop down?

It checks every few minutes, not constantly, and the AI runs at low priority with a limit on how much of your processor it may use. Most checks only read the window name and take no time at all.

What do I need?

Windows 10 (version 2004 or newer) or Windows 11, about 3 GB of free space for the AI, and 8 GB of memory or more is recommended. The free program that runs the AI (Ollama) is set up from inside the app.

Can I pause it?

Any time: one click in the app or in the tray icon's menu. Turn it off completely just as easily.

What if it gets it wrong?

Tell it “I was on task” and it remembers that page for that task. You can also correct any check in its history, and see everything it has learned.
